I'm Mollie, and I work with founders and leadership in UK start-ups who need a safe pair of hands to get things done properly. My career has been spent inside fast-growing start-ups; from early-stage businesses still finding their feet, through to scale-ups navigating rapid growth and fundraising. I've worked across sectors but always in the same kind of role: the person building the operational foundations so a growing business can scale successfully without falling over.

Along the way I've led teams through acquisitions, built customer support functions from scratch, hired high-performance teams, automated processes that used to take days down to hours, and turned strategy into clear goals and then into reality.​

How I can help

Fractional services - For businesses that need consistent, senior operational leadership but aren't ready for a full-time hire. I'll embed in your team, get on top of the details, and make sure your strategy actually gets executed.

Advisory services - For when your operational workload is smaller, or you don't need someone managing people day-to-day. This is hands-on support, not just advice from the sidelines. I'll take things off your plate and get stuck in where I'll have the biggest impact.

Fixed-term projects - For a specific piece of work with a clear end point. I'll take on project management from start to finish, bringing structure and drive to achieve the goal, without you needing to manage it yourself.

Coaching - For your mid-level operations team member who carries a lot of responsibility in your business but you have less and less time to spend with.
